- Partner closely with teams in Marketing Production and Sales to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and client preferences.
- Analyze data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee payment collection ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
Your Checklist
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Event Management or a related field.
- At least 4 - 6 years of experience in client servicing or account management within the live entertainment industry.
- A proven history of managing high-profile clients and complex projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of live entertainment operations and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
