DescriptionThe Human Resources Generalist will provide HR support to Resideo s manufacturing site in Nagykanizsa partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing organisational development and talent management as well as utilising your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.
This position aims to improve the overall performance of the organisation by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups building a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting developing and retaining top talent.
JOB DUTIES:
- Support staffing process for the direct labour and indirect labour population
- Provide administrative support prepare for audits manage documentation for employees
- Own HR polices and processes
- Manage and maintain the employee database
- Drive organisational effectiveness
- Help to increase employee satisfaction supporting leadership with key actions
- Act as a coach and confidant
- Lead training and development organising events with external training partners and supporting leadership with the management of internal training programmes
- Organise and participate on site events helping to build a communitywithin the organisation
- Support the business with GDPR refreshers
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Previous experience in a HR related position
- Proactive nature and desire to identify ways to add value
- Fluent in Hungarian and strong English language skills
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Sociable people focused approach
- Strong MS Office Skills

- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision who consistently take the initiative to get things done do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
