This role combines customer service sales technology and finance with a compassionate approach to patient care. The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for guiding families through their orthodontic journeyfrom treatment presentation and financial planning to scheduling and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and families creating a positive and supportive experience
Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently
Review insurance eligibility financial options and payment plans with patients
Coordinate treatment scheduling and patient flow using digital systems
Build trust with families by providing caring compassionate guidance
Support billing claims and pre-authorization processes
Maintain accurate patient records and financial agreements
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize patient care
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in dental healthcare sales or customer service (orthodontics preferred)
Bachelors degree preferred (Business Finance Healthcare or related field)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused mindset
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital scheduling billing and CRM systems
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
