Duties & Responsibilities:

As a CHHA youll deliver non-medical home care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse:

Provide personal care: bathing grooming dressing and toileting
Assist with ambulation mobility and prescribed exercises
Prepare and serve balanced meals
Light housekeeping: laundry dishes tidying
Run errands or accompany clients to appointments
Monitor and document changes in the clients condition
Offer companionship dignity and emotional support

Requirements:

NJ CHHA Certification (required)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
CPR Certification (preferred)
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Excellent communication and time-management skills
