Gear Project Quotations Specialist

Location: Irving TX

Job type: Full time

What Youll Do

• Responds to requests from customers and salespersons on matters pertaining to the application and operation of various gear projects throughout a region
• Assists with the planning and presentation of training programs and other professional growth opportunities for customers and salespersons in the planning installation and operations of various gear projects.
• Provides verbal and written quotations or estimates of prices terms and delivery for standard complex or non-standard merchandise.
• Resolves customer order problems and complaints promptly.
• Prepares correspondence and reports necessary for business transactions.

What You Bring

• Prefer Bachelors Degree (B.S.) and/or two to four years equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expert knowledge of Distribution Switch Gear.
• Prefer Switch Gear Manufacturer experience.
• Expert ability to read and comprehend electrical plans.
• Must have experience as a contractor inside salesperson or management of gear/lighting projects and/or electrical distribution and control projects desired.
• PC literate with knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel and Power Point)
• Excellent written verbal presentation and negotiation skills.
