Tasks
As Analyst Investment Management Towers your areas of responsibility are:
- You support in the development of GD Towers including strategic positioning M&A activities and operational efficiency programs to increase the value of GD Towers
- You manage and analyze business plans and monthly financial statements of GD Towers
- You participate in the evaluation of M&A opportunities including financing company valuation and strategic rationale
- You provide analysis to define financial and business targets for GD Towers and their management teams
- You support in the preparation of board documents (including for the DT Management Board as well as Supervisory Board)
- You contribute to the carve-out of the EU tower assets and prepare presentations at board level (including the supervisory board)
- You work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as our Telekom Deutschland and GD Towers co-shareholders DigitalBridge and Brookfield
- You conduct market and competitor analyses
Profile
University degree ideally in business economics or adjacent
- Up to 3 years of experience in corporate finance or strategy preferably in M&A Private Equity Corporate Strategy infrastructure know how is a clear plus
- Excellent analytical and modelling capabilities corporate finance knowledge as well as infrastructure know how
- Entrepreneurial drive and strong business acumen
- Basic knowledge of corporate governance
- Strong communication skills
- Business fluent English German is a clear plus
