Who we are
Our central role includes managing the provincial power grid in real-time overseeing and evolving Ontarios electricity market engaging with government municipalities and Indigenous communities and planning for Ontarios future electricity needs. Our employees play a key role in driving grid innovation protecting the system from threats advancing the provinces energy conservation programs and forecasting and procuring the electricity resources well need in the decades to come. This role is a key part of our Culture and Organizational Development team within the Human Resource Business Unit. This is a non-represented management position.

The Organizational Development Consultant leads the design development and delivery of programs that build individual team and organizational effectiveness. This role provides consulting coaching and facilitation in areas such as talent management learning and leadership development and employee engagement while fostering a culture aligned with company values.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the IESOs strategic imperative of driving business transformation gain exposure to working with senior leaders collaborate with diverse internal partners and external vendors and see programs through from concept to implementation. With corporate visibility across the organization the Organizational Development Consultant role combines strategic program management with operational excellence to enhance our employee experience and build next-generation skills.
