Job Description
Duties DescriptionUnder the direct supervision of the Education Finance Specialist 2 and oversight of the supervisor of Grants Finance the incumbents of these positions will assist with the processing review and payment of grant projects. The duties of this position include but are not limited to the following:
1. Review fiscal documents for completeness correctness and compliance with department Fiscal Guidelines and standard office processing procedures.
2. Process fiscal transactions in the departments grant payment system and/or the Statewide Financial System (SFS).
3. Develop tables charts spreadsheets and reports as needed by using various reporting tools to extract and compile data related to grants and grant-funded activities from multiple sources.
4. Maintain accurate and complete office files.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
