Customer Acquisition
- Responsible for customer acquisition through online marketing planning of seasonal marketing calendar execution of all campaigns/promotions (brand/product/geography)
Customer Retention
- Customer retention through email marketing (planning the email calendar) the content and creative for segmentation
Project Management
- Working in co-ordination with creative team (photographers) & graphics team to plan shoot and execute creatives as per the brand guidelines for all channels (website e-mailer social media google display ads facebook ads and print ads).
