Job Posting: Media Buyer
Overview: Were looking for a Media Buyer who thrives at the intersection of strategy data and this role youll plan execute and optimize campaigns across both traditional and digital media channels ensuring our clients messages reach the right audiences at the right time. Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day contact for campaigns working closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Collect and analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Research and identify target audiences trends and behaviors to inform buying strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and measure ROI.
- Set up QA and troubleshoot tracking and conversion systems.
- Develop and present reporting deliverables (monthly/quarterly) highlighting results and optimizations.
- Coordinate across platforms to ensure campaign efficiency and strong client results.
What Youll Bring
- 1 year of hands-on experience in media planning and buying (traditional and/or digital).
- Proficiency in research tools such as Strata Advantage PrimeLingo The Trade Desk or Tableau.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads Meta Ads Bing Ads or other DSPs.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Exceptional communication skills with client-facing experience.
- Self-awareness professional presentation and the ability to read the room.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with both traditional and programmatic platforms.
- Experience balancing multiple campaigns across industries.
- Ability to identify insights beyond surface-level data.
Role Details
- Location: Hybrid within driving distance (up to 3 hours).
- Openings: 2
- Work Hours: Standard 85 (flexible) 43 hours/week.
- Salary Range: $60000$80000 annually (based on experience).
- Travel: Occasional domestic travel (12x/year) to client sites.
- Start Date: ASAP.
