Crest Ford is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Salesperson to join our Ford dealership team. If youre motivated customer-focused and know your way around automotive parts this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
What Youll Do
Assist service technicians and wholesale customers with parts selection and sales
Use the Snap On parts catalog (EPC) to identify and source parts accurately
Provide price quotes process invoices and handle returns/warranty claims
Maintain inventory accuracy by stocking and organizing parts
Build lasting relationships with technicians and customers
What Were Looking For
Dealership or automotive parts counter experience (Ford or OEM preferred)
Strong automotive knowledge and computer skills (Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Valid drivers license required
