What youll do:
TheSolution Sales Executive(SSE)serves as theend-to-endaccount owner to drive solution specific sales motions bring in domain expertise to solve customer business challengesand grow thecustomers SAPfootprint through renewal and expansionto supportlong term customer success.
Generate demand manage pipelineandcloseopportunities
Develop opportunity plans containingcompelling solutionvalue propositions
Conduct White Space analysis to identifygrowth opportunities
Work with wider account team on sales campaigns
Manage customer relationshipsat the solution area/buying center level
Progressopportunities for moveto cloud/expandfootprintaccountsor accounts which are new to the solution area
Utilize deep knowledge of how companies operate business models strategies and end-to-end business processes
Stay informed about SAPs competition and value drivers
LeverageSAPs comprehensiveteam ofexperts and industryknowledgeto effectively address customer needs
Buildcustomer participation in relevant SAP communities programs and events
Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem
What you bring:
Proven track record in business application software saleswith overachievement of quota
3 5years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions
Deep understanding ofthesolutionand solution innovations
Broad understanding oftheSAP solution portfolio and the business processesit enables to drive customer valueconversations
Established relationships with account teamsCustomer Business Office (CBO)teamsandrelevant geo unit leaders
Alignment with product/solution management teamsand marketingorganizationsa plus
Demonstrated success with large transactions andchallengingsalespursuits
Provencontractual and negotiation skills
Experience driving renewals expansions and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions
Knowledge of financial competitive regulatory environment

The targeted combined range for this position is 115200 - 274600(USD) actual amount to be offered to the successful candidatewill be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skillsexperience scope ofthe role location etc. as determinedthrough theselection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
