Job Summary
As a Product Business Manager within the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) department of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) you will partner with M&A and Capital Markets businesses to achieve strategic objectives ensure alignment with control functions and maintain compliance with corporate policies.
Job Responsibilities
- Support product team across Asia Pacific (Australia Emerging Asia and Japan)
- Identify facilitate and pursue business objectives and opportunities
- Conduct business reviews resource analysis and manage budgetary processes
- Assist with defining and implementing cross-regional processes and procedures
- Assist with the definition and rollout of Origination technology
- Manage expenses
- Collaborate with NA and EMEA counterparts and Business Managers in other Corporate Finance and Markets businesses
- Work closely with all control and support functions in day-to-day management
- Oversee and improve the Asia Commitments Committee process
- Manage relationships with Dealogic Thomas Reuters and Bloomberg for GIB products
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Investment Banking Equity and/or Credit products
- Thorough understanding of risks and controls
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing demands
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence across disciplines and seniority levels
- Self-starter with motivation and ability to learn quickly
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Familiarity with Dealogic Bloomberg Thomas Reuters and other market data vendors
