Operational Leadership Excellence

Lead and develop a distributed team of Global Tech Leads (Product Owners) and HR Tech specialists across multiple regions
Master the art of virtual leadership inspiring high performance across time zones and cultures

Technology Operations Mastery

Own our enterprise HR technology ecosystem: SAP SuccessFactors ServiceNow HRSD engagement platforms and Document Management systems
Drive operational excellence across our global HR technology infrastructure ensuring reliability performance and user satisfaction
Collaborate strategically with IT teams on system integrations upgrades and maintenanc

Innovation Partnership

Work closely with our Head of People Data & Digital Solutions to evaluate and deploy emerging technologies
Explore the practical applications of chatbots generative AI and agentic AI in HR operations
Balance innovation exploration with maintaining rock-solid current operations

What You Bring to the Role

Your Foundation

Proven leadership experience in HR technology operations HRIS management or similar tech-focused people functions
Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (engagement platform experience is valuable but not required)
Demonstrated success managing technology operations governance frameworks and process optimizatio

Your Leadership Style

Structured approach to team management combined with genuine curiosity about emerging HR technologies
Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset
