Head of Digital HR

Youll lead a talented team of Global Tech Leads (Product Owners) and HR Tech specialists ensuring our enterprise-grade systems run seamlessly while positioning us for the next wave of HR innovation including chatbots generative AI and agentic AI solutions.
What Youll Accomplish
Operational Leadership Excellence
- Lead and develop a distributed team of Global Tech Leads (Product Owners) and HR Tech specialists across multiple regions
- Master the art of virtual leadership inspiring high performance across time zones and cultures
- Build your leadership capabilities in a role designed for growth and expanding responsibilit
Technology Operations Mastery
- Own our enterprise HR technology ecosystem: SAP SuccessFactors ServiceNow HRSD engagement platforms and Document Management systems
- Drive operational excellence across our global HR technology infrastructure ensuring reliability performance and user satisfaction
- Collaborate strategically with IT teams on system integrations upgrades and maintenanc
Innovation Partnership
- Work closely with our Head of People Data & Digital Solutions to evaluate and deploy emerging technologies
- Explore the practical applications of chatbots generative AI and agentic AI in HR operations
- Balance innovation exploration with maintaining rock-solid current operations
What You Bring to the Role
Your Foundation
- Proven leadership experience in HR technology operations HRIS management or similar tech-focused people functions
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (engagement platform experience is valuable but not required)
- Demonstrated success managing technology operations governance frameworks and process optimizatio
Your Leadership Style
- Structured approach to team management combined with genuine curiosity about emerging HR technologies
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Natural enthusiasm for working in a global multicultural environment
