Banquet Supervisor

Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Banquet Supervisor to join the team at Fraser Suites Riyadh. As Banquet Supervisor you will organise supervise and train all service personnel in the restaurant with a view to providing efficient and personalized food and beverage service that exceed the guests expectations.

What you will be doing as a Banquet Supervisor:

• Reflect the Frasers Hospitality philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to customers and employees maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Meet and greet clients.
• Oversee catered functions both inhouse and offsite.
• Ensure the function space is visually appealing and present the menu offering for events.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
• Offer unique and creative ideas to enhance meetings and group experiences.
• Possess indepth knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
• Supervise events and team members throughout service.
• Guide banquet servers in the setup of tables and place settings.
• Resolve staff and customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and housekeeping departments.
• Schedule banquet staff prepare weekly duty charts and manage labour monthly.
• Assist the Banquet Manager with scheduling training and performance management.
• Maintain overall sanitation and cleanliness of work areas banquet rooms and storage areas.
• Ensure proper usage and good working order of all equipment furniture and fixtures in the Banquet and Catering Section.
• Implement service standards and operating procedures consistently in the banquet and catering service.
  
• Ensure good team spirit and working atmosphere by setting a good example giving clear instructions and following up on results.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for food and customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion to create memories that our guests will remember. You have a handson attitude with attention to detail and experience in working in professional kitchens.
