About the Role

As an AI Solutions Engineer youll play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions from concept to deployment. Youll collaborate with talented consultants architects and DevOps engineers to deliver scalable data-driven systems that make a real business impact.
This role is perfect for an engineer who enjoys bridging data science and software development thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to work on varied and meaningful projects across industries.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.
- Design develop and deploy backend services using FastAPI or Flask integrating AI/ML models and APIs.
- Build and maintain data ingestion processing and inference components to ensure reliable model performance.
- Contribute to frontend integration to deliver complete user-friendly applications.
- Develop proofs of concept (POCs) to validate new solution designs and technologies.

Implement best practices for model versioning testing and deployment.
- Document architectures components and reusable assets to support future scalability.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI ML and software development trend to continuously improve solution design and delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python including scripting and backend development.
- Practical understanding of machine learning concepts model development and integration into applications.

Experience with FastAPI or Flask for backend services.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React Vue or similar) to support end-to-end solution development.
- Hands-on experience deploying applications on major cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Working knowledge of modern development practices including Git API integration and containerization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or Data Engineering.
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or scikit-learn.
- Understanding of model deployment packaging scaling and monitoring.
- Experience with data pipelines and data preparation for analytics or ML workloads.
- Exposure to no-code / low-code tools (Streamlit Power Automate Zapier) for rapid prototyping and automation.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles version control testing and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
