Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sitecore Architect to design implement and optimize digital platforms for a leading automobile enterprise. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sitecore CMS/DXP strong architectural design skills and experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions within the automotive domain-covering digital customer journeys dealer portals marketing automation connected vehicle experiences and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design
- Define design and implement enterprise-level Sitecore solutions to support digital transformation initiatives in the automobile industry.
- Lead solution architecture across dealer portals customer engagement platforms and marketing sites.
- Integrate Sitecore with enterprise systems such as CRM (Salesforce Dynamics) ERP DMS and connected car platforms.
Development Oversight
- Guide development teams on Sitecore best practices performance optimization security and scalability.
- Define coding standards deployment models and DevOps pipelines for Sitecore environments.
- Oversee migration and upgrade projects (Sitecore XM/XP to Sitecore XM Cloud or Sitecore SaaS).
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders UX/UI teams and marketing to translate business requirements into scalable digital experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT product design data and operations) to ensure seamless integration.
Innovation & Strategy
- Leverage Sitecore Experience Platform and Sitecore Personalize to enable customer-centric experiences-personalized vehicle recommendations lead nurturing and targeted campaigns.
- Recommend strategies to improve digital dealerships omnichannel customer journeys and e-commerce (spare parts accessories vehicle booking).
- Stay current with Sitecore updates headless/Composables DXP and automotive digital trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in Sitecore solution architecture.
- Strong experience in Sitecore XP/XM Sitecore 10 Sitecore XM Cloud and composable DXP.
- Proficiency in Core C# MVC Web API JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
- Experience with Sitecore Content Hub Sitecore Personalize and Sitecore CDP.
- Hands-on with Azure Cloud Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions).
- Industry & Domain Knowledge
- Experience in automobile/automotive digital solutions such as:
- Dealer/distributor management systems (DMS).
- Online vehicle booking/reservations.
- Connected vehicle data integrations.
- Personalized digital customer journeys for auto buyers.
- Understanding of automotive sales funnel marketing automation and after-sales customer engagement.
Leadership & Communication
- Proven ability to lead global technical teams.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to influence C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to balance technical vision with business objectives in the automotive sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sitecore Certified Architect or Developer.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud integrations in automotive.
- Prior experience working with OEMs automotive dealers or automobile e-commerce platforms.
- Exposure to AI-driven personalization in the automotive industry.
