Provide end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents.
Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of BGP ISIS OSPF MPLS L3/L2 VPN Multicast and QoS.
Audit the network for repeat issues and ensure corrective actions.
Collaborate with internal and vendor teams for the resolution of major incidents.
Ensure minimal downtime through proactive troubleshooting and RCA analysis.
Support automation/digitization initiatives for efficient service management.
