Job Description
JD-Key Responsibilities
Support in preparing and processing the supplier master data for campaign.
Collaborate with internal tools and functions to gather the missing information.
Execute best-in-class sustainability campaigns to collect compliance responses.
Feed information from supplier declaration of conformity (DoC) into compliance tools.
Identify and categorize supplier queries after the execution of campaign.
Respond to supplier queries and enable them to complete their compliance
declaration.
Send reminders and follow up with suppliers to get the compliance declaration that
meets Honeywell standard metrics and reports at business levels to identify supplier response
and compliance status.
Provide data support to internal functions to escalate the non-responded suppliers.
Extend support to collect compliance information for Customer enquiries and
compliance reporting purposes.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in environmental science sustainability engineering or related
field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sustainability
Knowledge of Product Stewardship regulations like EU REACH RoHS US TSCA
Proposition-65 POP etc.
Experience in regulatory reporting like EU SCIP PFAS reporting
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
Awareness of environmental regulations and sustainability standards
