Job Description
Position Type:
- Direct Recent Copilot Experience: We are prioritizing candidates who have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot including integration configuration governance and user enablement at the enterprise level.
- Familiarity with Copilot licensing readiness assessments and rollout strategies is highly valued.
- Enterprise-Scale M365 Architecture: Candidates should demonstrate deep technical expertise in architecting deploying and managing Microsoft 365 environments (including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams Entra ID/Azure AD and Power Platform) for large organizations. Experience with hybrid and cloud-native setups is important.
- Security & Compliance Leadership: Strong background in implementing and managing security and compliance frameworks within M365 is essential. This includes Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Microsoft Purview Defender for O365 Conditional Access and regulatory compliance (GDPR HIPAA etc.).
- Automation & Integration: Proficiency in PowerShell Power Platform and Microsoft Graph API for automation workflow optimization and integration across M365 workloads is a key requirement.
- Migration & Change Management: Experience leading large-scale migrations (tenant-to-tenant on-prem to cloud Google Workspace to M365 etc.) and managing change in complex environments is highly desirable.
- User Enablement & Governance: We are looking for candidates who have developed and implemented governance models for Copilot and M365 and who have experience training and supporting end users to maximize adoption and ROI.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders lead workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions are critical.
