Job Summary:
The Court Management Consultant will provide specialized management consulting and technical assistance to support a court modernization initiative. This role focuses on optimizing the upgraded Odyssey Case Management System (CMS) and ensuring seamless integration with external justice partner applications. The consultant will advise court leadership staff IT teams and justice partners throughout the modernization process.
Location: Las Vegas Nevada United States
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for procedural enhancements.
- Improve data exchanges between systems.
- Ensure system reliability and performance.
- Serve as an advisor to court leadership staff IT teams and justice partners.
- Process improvement workflow mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Project coordination and time management.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 10 years of experience in court administration management consulting or system implementation.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Odyssey / Enterprise Justice systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of system integrations APIs and justice system data exchange (eFiling CJIS etc.).
- Proven expertise in process improvement workflow mapping and business process re-engineering.
- Strong project coordination and time management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6 9 years of experience with court case management systems (Odyssey strongly preferred).
- 10 years of experience in court administration management consulting or system implementation.
