Proven experience leading organization-wide change management initiatives particularly related to implementation of new technology in large organizations of 500 employees .
Experience working effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders including executive leadership frontline staff technical teams and external partners.
Experience coordinating closely with IT and technical project teams to align change management activities with system development testing and deployment phases.
Strong understanding of how to align change management activities with overall project management milestones.
Experience using project management tools for reporting progress.
Public safety experience is a plus but not required.
Professional certifications in change management are a plus but not a requirement.
