Job Description
- Proven experience leading organization-wide change management initiatives particularly related to implementation of new technology in large organizations of 500 employees .
- Experience working effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders including executive leadership frontline staff technical teams and external partners.
- Experience coordinating closely with IT and technical project teams to align change management activities with system development testing and deployment phases.
- Strong understanding of how to align change management activities with overall project management milestones.
- Experience using project management tools for reporting progress.
- Public safety experience is a plus but not required.
- Professional certifications in change management are a plus but not a requirement.
