What youll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Director Client Onboarding and Servicing Journeys you will be leading the business units growth and transformation strategy for Savings Investing and Advice. Role responsibilities include improvements to end-to-end client journeys and related operational processes the sales and distribution strategy.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.
