Compensation: $28.02 or $30.47/hour (plus $0.50/hour for bilingual Spanish) depending on education (see position requirements)
Hours: Considered on call planned for 40 hours/week for the assignment duration

NeighborImpacts Early Head Start Overview
NeighborImpacts Early Head Start program provides comprehensive early childhood education and family support services to families with children from birth to age three as well as pregnant women. Early Head Start aims to foster school readiness and social competence ensuring children and families receive the necessary resources and support during the critical early years.
Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The Early Head Start home-based program is designed to empower and support parents as their childs first and most important teacher and this role you will deliver early consistent and comprehensive child development and family support services to eligible pregnant women infants and toddlers. The goal is to build strong nurturing parent-child relationships and to help parents create rich high-quality early learning experiences for their children.
This role is a temporary position. As an Early Head Start Home Educator you will design organize and document educational activities that fit each childs stage of development. The position includes conducting weekly 90-minute home visits to support families in reaching their goals as well as collaborating with colleagues to coordinate bi-monthly family gatherings. Ideal candidates will demonstrate outstanding communication skills flexibility and experience working with diverse or underserved communities. This dynamic position weaves together educational social and community-building responsibilities helping families create nurturing environments and giving children the best possible start.
