Job Summary
Account Manager
We are a successful StaffingAgency looking to add an experienced recruiter and sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- The placement of executive managerial and professional-level direct hires
- Recruiting Accounting and Finance staff who meet the criteria of the individual Permanent Placement Job Orders Providing exemplary customer service
- Making a certain number of calls per day
- Meeting all production and sales goals as set by management
- Make outbound recruiting calls to potential candidates using Direct Recruiting Referrals and Internet Resources
- Screen candidates for viability based on their skill sets experience education availability location and their willingness to accept the particular position
- Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts
- Perform outbound marketing calls to potential new clients
- Interview and recommend qualified applicants to hiring departments; make appropriate salary recommendations; attend appropriate networking events to build relationships
- Define search requirements with client - position requirements roles & responsibilities benefits and compensation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting within a successful organization.
- Strong client focus with outstanding judgment critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience filling executive search orders preferred
- Self-starter with strong project management skills
- Strong competencies in business development sales or recruiting
- A team player with strong influencing skills and demonstrated ability in leadership
- Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high change environment
