Location: Fully Remote Hours: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST Monday - Friday Employment Type: Full-time
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Acquisitions Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic exceptional communication skills and a high degree of this role you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound leads and nurturing them from initial contact to a closed deal. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teachable and computer-literate professional to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on inbound sales.
Lead Management: Handle a daily volume of inbound leads effectively communicating with potential clients to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
Sales Process: Actively manage and nurture prospects through the sales funnel working to convert them into new business.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through well-spoken and well-written communication via phone and email.
CRM Utilization: Use the Salesforce platform to track lead progression manage sales data and maintain organized records.
Real Estate Expertise: Leverage or develop a foundational understanding of the real estate and wholesale industry to provide informed and professional service.
Experience: Proven experience in a sales or acquisitions role is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills are a must. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Work Ethic: Possess a high work ethic and a proactive results-driven mindset.
Technical Skills: Must be computer literate and comfortable working within CRM systems particularly Salesforce.
Personal Attributes: Eager to learn highly adaptable and motivated by sales targets and commissions.
Holidays: American public holidays off.
