Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in Fintech to join our dynamic sales team. As a senior member of the SDR team you will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying and engaging high-value prospects building strong relationships and qualifying opportunities for our sales pipeline.

This role requires a proactive approach to outbound prospecting leveraging your industry knowledge and network to open doors with key decision-makers in the Fintech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Leverage your Fintech expertise to identify new market opportunities and tailor outreach to high-value prospects.
  • Research target accounts map key stakeholders and develop personalized outreach strategies.
  • Engage with senior decision-makers (C-suite Product Operations) to understand their challenges and position Modulrs solutions effectively.
  • Qualify inbound leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executives Marketing and Partnerships teams to optimize pipeline generation strategies.
  • Provide insights from the field to shape go-to-market strategy messaging and product positioning.
  • Mentor junior SDRs and support best practice development across the team.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 35 years of SDR or BDR experience in the Fintech or payments sector (essential).
  • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and pipeline targets.
  • Strong understanding of Fintech trends regulatory landscape and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills confident engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and outbound prospecting tools (SalesLoft LinkedIn Sales Navigator 6Sense and Clay).
  • Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
