Department: Management Division: Residential
Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (with some on-call duties)

Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Registered Nurse Manager to join its client based in Sutton.
What will your responsibilities be
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all relevant legislation.
- Deliver training and support to staff including new inductees.
- Maintain staffing levels and resource planning.
- Liaise with families medical professionals and external stakeholders.
- Support referrals assessments and ongoing medical needs of service users.
- Promote a safe empowering and inclusive environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A current NMC Pin (RN / RMN / RNLD)
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum)
- Level 5 RMA (preferred)
- Experience in Learning Disability care
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Legal right to work in the UK
