Home Care HHA/Caregiver/CNA with BrightStar Care of Valparaiso
Servicing Porter and La Porte Counties
Come work for BrightStar Care a company who believes in Serving with Passion and Doing the Right Thing. Currently looking for a Home Health Aide/caregiver/CNA to work with clients in the Valparaiso Indiana and surrounding area. Interested candidates should be a high school graduate or GED holder be compassionate and for the CNA position hold a CNA certification. Ideal candidates would have evening/2nd shift availability approximately 3pm-9pm.

Responsibilities of the Home Care HHA/Caregiver/CNA
- Provide various personal care and related paraprofessional services in accordance with an established plan of care.
- Provide for the personal needs and comfort of patients in their homes.
- Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living
- Assist with personal hygiene (bathing care of mouth skin and hair)
- Perform homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to):vacuuming dusting sweeping or mopping floors doing dishes changing bed linens doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms.
- Providing companionship and general supervision for clients who cannot be left alone.
Requirements of theHome Care HHA/Caregiver/CNA
- Must have compassion patience reliability and willingness to work.
- Must be high school graduate or G.E.D
- Valid Drivers license
