The position
As aSite Planning Engineerat agap2 you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects over the years based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking Fintech Telco Retail Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experiencedSite Planning Engineerto oversee the planning of a30-month construction projectunder a major EPC contract (valued around 250M). The scope includes thegreenfield installation of an Electrolyzer unit for Hydrogen Production. While the Engineering & Procurement phase is well advanced site construction activities are just beginning.
- Prepare thebaseline project scheduleand progress measurement tools using the defined Work Breakdown Structure.
- Ensure that all activities including those of external stakeholders are properly integrated into the schedule.
- Coordinate with discipline leads to validate dates durations dependencies and workload distribution.
- Performcritical path analysisand collaborate with the Project Manager to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with project engineers attendingproject reviews and coordination meetings.
- Providemonthly updatesof the schedule and progress sheets reflecting actual progress and realistic forecasts.
- Conduct progress analysis identify delays and prepare look-ahead schedules.
- Recommend corrective measures to recover potential delays and improve efficiency.
- Support the Project Manager in defining and executing theProject Execution Strategy.
- Ensure full transparency of deadlines and progress for the entire project lifecycle.
What you bring to the position
- 1015 years of experienceon large industrial EPC projects.
- Strong background inconstruction site planning.
- Proven ability to workautonomously on site with remote office support.
- Advanced knowledge ofPrimavera P6(mandatory).
- Fluent inEnglish(spoken and written).
- Proficiency inGoogle Sheetsis an advantage.
