Your Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-I (BackendAI) to build the most amazing product experience. Youll get to work with other engineers to build delightful feature experiences to understand and solve our customers pain points.

A Day in the Life

• Collaborate with product managers UX designers and senior engineers to understand requirements and contribute to defining technical solutions.

• Write clean efficient and well-documented code under guidance following established coding standards and best practices.

• Participate in code reviews learn from feedback and gradually provide constructive input to peers.

• Assist in debugging troubleshooting and resolving issues in collaboration with senior team members.

• Gain exposure to system design scalability and reliability concepts

What You Need

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 13 years of professional experience with PostgreSQL AND AI.

• Basic understanding of REST APIs GraphQL and microservices architecture.

• Exposure to AI : LLMs and prompt engineering concepts.
• At least one AI framework (LangChain LangGraph or CrewAI).
• Vector databases (Pinecone ChromaDB) and RAG basics.
