Job Description
Were looking for an Oracle EBS Compensation & Benefits HR Functional Lead to support EBS Core HR Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients. Youll need to guide & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.
Your role
As an Oracle EBS Core HR Functional Lead youll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients & supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules like EBS Core HR Compensation and Benefits for the UK public sector. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences from technical teams to senior management. Youll provide necessary support & guidance to existing solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM specifically focusing on EBS Core HR Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.
Apply hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Core HR Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.
Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools including HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM Extract BI reporting Fast Formulas and Payroll Batch Loader.
Required:
Should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle EBS HCM for EBS Core HR EBS Core HR Compensation and Benefits modules for UK public sector clients.
Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL) HCM Extract BI reporting Fast Formulae Payroll batch loader.
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely technical business and management teams
Knowledge and Support of existing solutions.
Preparation of Status reports with RAG highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
Preferred
Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
Should have excellent problem-solving skills
Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5 team members
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies & ITIL Methodologies.
