Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking an OutsideSales Representativeto take responsibility for growing our Major Kitchen Accounts Nationally.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for the overall relationship and management of day-to-day sales activities towards cabinetry manufacturers. You will engage in structured consultative sales discussions both in peron and virtually ultimately serving as a business advisor towards your customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in sales optimally outside sales within the building materials construction industries and OEM cabinet makers.
  • Eager to learn with a passion for providing solutions to customers and a drive to achieve successful sales growth
  • Knowledge or experience within these areas is preferred: building materials bathroom or kitchen cabinetry closets millwork etc.
  • Highly motivated able to self-direct and manage your own time and responsibilities organize and plan
  • Able to learn and proficiently use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program to track daily activitiy plan and optimize sales calls and follow up with customers requests or needs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel Word Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks
  • As this position requires regular automobile travel you must have your own independent reliable transportation. This position requires you to work in the field making in-person visits to customers nationally. Travel expected at least 50% of the time.
  • Candidate preferred locations are Minnesota Illinois Indiana or Michigan.
  • May require occasional lifting or moving of objects up to 50 lbs.
