Service Greeter
Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis believes that its strength continued success future growth and profitability depend on building trusting relationships with our employees customers and industry partners. We are currently seeking a talented and hardworking Service Greeter to become part of our expanding team in St. Louis MO.
Responsibilities:
- The Service Greeter will warmly welcome customers upon their arrival in the Service Department.
- Answer any initial questions that customers may have.
- Provide a positive and lasting impression of the dealership.
Requirements:
- Must have a friendly and customer-focused demeanor.
- Reliability is essential.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Comfortable with walking standing for extended periods and working outdoors.
- Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
- Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks MVR drug test credit report and have a valid drivers license.
