Job Description

Service Greeter

Mercedes-Benz of St. Louis believes that its strength continued success future growth and profitability depend on building trusting relationships with our employees customers and industry partners. We are currently seeking a talented and hardworking Service Greeter to become part of our expanding team in St. Louis MO.

Responsibilities:

  • The Service Greeter will warmly welcome customers upon their arrival in the Service Department.
  • Answer any initial questions that customers may have.
  • Provide a positive and lasting impression of the dealership.

Requirements:

  • Must have a friendly and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Reliability is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • Comfortable with walking standing for extended periods and working outdoors.
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks MVR drug test credit report and have a valid drivers license.
