Your Job
As a Maintenance Mechanic within our electronic manufacturing facility you will be vital in maintaining and repairing the specialized mechanical equipment that supports the production of electronic components and assemblies. Your expertise will help minimize downtime ensure precision operation of machinery and support high-quality output in a highly regulated and technology-driven environment.

You will be part of the Electronic Manufacturing Maintenance team a skilled group focused on sustaining complex production equipment and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Our team partners closely with production quality assurance and engineering to deliver reliable operations that meet stringent industry standards.
What You Will Do
Maintain troubleshoot and repair precision mechanical equipment used in electronic assembly such as pick-and-place machines conveyors soldering equipment and automated inspection systems.
Diagnose mechanical failures with attention to detail supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine reliability and minimize downtime in a high-mix high-volume environment.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs tailored to sensitive electronic manufacturing equipment.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and cleanroom or ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols.
Accurately document maintenance work and equipment history using CMMS or related tracking systems.
Support training of operators and junior maintenance staff on proper equipment handling and minor troubleshooting.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years mechanical maintenance experience preferably in electronic manufacturing or a similarly precise technology-focused environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems relevant to electronic assembly equipment including conveyors feeders and robotic interfaces.
Ability to interpret mechanical drawings equipment manuals and technical specifications.
Skilled at diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues with precision and efficiency.
Commitment to following safety cleanroom and ESD standards specific to electronic manufacturing.
What Will Put You Ahead
Certifications related to Industrial Maintenance Electronics Manufacturing Technology or Precision Mechanical Systems.
Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) in a cleanroom or ESD-sensitive environment.
Familiarity with basic electrical troubleshooting and PLC programming to support multidisciplinary maintenance tasks.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices in electronic manufacturing.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a cross-functional fast-paced team environment.
