About the Team
You will be part of the Facilities team consisting of 10 colleagues responsible for managing all facility services on the Veghel campus. The department is divided into soft services (service-oriented tasks) and hard services (technical management). We operate as a coordinating organization where all operational services are outsourced and carefully managed by our facility coordinators. Its a friendly and informal team where everyone supports each other and teamwork is key.
As the face of our Facilities department you support more than 3000 colleagues our internal this role your focus will be on soft services within facility management ensuring that all employees can carry out their work in a comfortable safe and well-supported environment.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for facility-related questions and requests.
Ensure a safe efficient and welcoming workplace for all employees.
Coordinate daily soft services operations including cleaning catering reception and office support.
Manage a number of small-scale contracts and monitor supplier performance.
Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to resolve issues promptly.
Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace processes and services.
Support sustainability initiatives and the companys Zero Waste ambitions.
Candidate profile:
A completed bachelors degree in Facility Management (HBO level).
Dutch fluent and English written and spoken
You have excellent coordination skills but are also willing to assist in day-to-day operations.
A hands-on mentality and a proactive solution-oriented approach.
Willingness to work on-site every day.
A true team player with a strong service-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Driven to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Affinity with digital systems (e.g. invoicing purchase orders and facility request tools).
Interest in sustainability and contributing to greener workplace practices.
Thrives in a highly dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
What we offer:
This position offers a competitive salary range of 3.300- till 4.300- gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance) depending on your knowledge and experience. Through exceeding performance expectations you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale. On top of your fixedsalaryyoullreceive the following secondary benefits:
