- Live time support tool/Face to face customer experience.

Nice to have:- Basic supply chain knowledge.
- Order and contract management in CRM/ERP/Dynamics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Process orders and process returns.
- Help customers with complaints and questions.
- Give customers information about their orders.
- Deliver high customer service to perform support within a supply chain for a technology service provider.
- Ticket support.
- Live chat support.
