Mercers Career Consulting Team is seeking a Transformation & Communication Senior Analyst for the Toronto or Montreal Office.
As a Transformation & Communication Senior Analyst you will have the opportunity to help organizations transform the way they work and how their people experience work. We will count on you to:
- Balance multiple project schedules to meet deadlines
- Project management of small and medium sized projects
- Solicit feedback on work performed and applies insights to future assignments
- Proactively seek out opportunities to further develop skills and capabilities
- Interpret the data and documentation to tell a story determine client implications as it relates to data
- Some example projects are:
- Designing and implementing change management plans for digital technology implementations
- Facilitating focus groups and/or stakeholder interviews and drawing key themes and insights
- Designing and implementing performance management programs
- Reviewing designing and implementing HR/Talent strategies and supporting initiatives
- Designing future state employee value propositions
- Developing organizational and technical competencies
- Reviewing designing and supporting hybrid work programs to support the future of work
What you need to have:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in project management meeting facilitation and presentation design using data to tell a story
- Strong analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative
- Fluency in both English and French
- Flexibility adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity seeking opportunities to develop new skills
- Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail

- Completing a bachelors degree majoring in HR psychology commerce or business
- Consulting business and/or HR experience preferred
