About the Role:

This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying product opportunities across market segments with an emphasis on B2B and corporate accounts. Key responsibilities include customer mapping market penetration and building long-term client relationships. The position involves crafting and negotiating proposals closing deals and overseeing project execution from pitch to aftersales. It also requires developing sales strategies generating leads and monitoring market trends to uncover new opportunities. The candidate will set strategic goals deliver regular sales reports and support distributors and dealers in marketing initiatives like business seminars.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue product opportunities within various market segments with a particular focus on B2B and corporate accounts to expand potential prospects and ensure sustainable business growth.

  • Conduct customer mapping and market saturation efforts to deepen market penetration and enhance brand visibility.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring a high level of client engagement satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
  • Prepare tailored proposals negotiate terms and successfully close deals contributing to the achievement of both monthly and annual sales targets while fostering long-term business potential.
  • Set and implement strategic goals driving the business to meet sales objectives and explore future market opportunities.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management including product presentation requirements gathering installation training and aftersales support to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and lead-generation initiatives to explore and capitalize on untapped business opportunities.
  • Conduct market sensing activities to assess customer needs and identify emerging trends for future business expansion.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly sales reports and project progress updates ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making for business growth and performance improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Engineering or any equivalent field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in B2B/Corporate Sales with a demonstrated track record of gaining access to high-level decision makers.
  • Strong interpersonal negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Proactive self-motivated and flexible with a strong sense of responsibility attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where adaptability to change is key.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Certifications in Sales Marketing or other related areas are preferred.
  • Specialized training in negotiation client relationship management or business strategy is an asset.
  • Owns a car and willingness to travel as part of job responsibilities.
