Job Description

Sephora SEAs omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia India Indonesia Malaysia New Zealand the Philippines Singapore and Thailand) with 100 stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e. Click and collect and marketplace).
Sephora Internship Program Human Resources Intern (January to June 2026) x2 spots
You will shine here if you enjoy
- Assisting with training program event logistics & program communications
- Managing and updating the Learning Management Systems (LMS) & internal platforms
- Preparing and consolidating regular reports on training and learning activities
- Preparing change management briefs to market HR and Retail Teams working with HR teams across the markets to ensure that launches are consistent across all markets
Key Projects
- Curating the 2026 SEA Learning Guide and supporting Sephoras Global Learning initiatives
- Supporting the phased rollout of Sephoras retail career guide across the region creating communications toolkits and playbooks for the Retail Team to reference
We would love to hear from you if you are/have
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel. Canva proficiency will be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time as well as projects efficiently
- Proactive and willing to learn
