Join DOF Subsea as our Regional Business Development Manager!
As our Regional Business Development Manager you will play a key role in driving growth and positioning DOF Subsea for future opportunities. You will lead the regional business development function from market development through bid/no-bid and execute sales plans aligned with service line and business strategies.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a Regional Business Development Manager who is strategic and analytical able to see the bigger picture understand market dynamics and identify trends and opportunities. The ideal candidate is relationship- and client-focused capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships across the region while ensuring effective sales coverage across key areas and service
Some of your main responsibilities in this role include:
- Managing the regional sales team to ensure effective client engagement lead generation and opportunity qualification
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends client needs and strategic growth areas
- Ensuring clear sales funnel reporting and effective handover of qualified opportunities to the Tendering Team
- Collaborating closely with the Regional Tendering Manager to ensure a seamless transition from sales to tender
Requirements
- University degree in Business Engineering or related field
- Extensive experience in business development or sales in the offshore/subsea sector
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
This role reports to VP Projects & Operations
