Job Description

Are you a talented technical specialist in tech mobile devices and software for mobile devices looking to take the next step in your career If so our Technical Services Team Lead position could be for you!

Were looking for a Technical Services Team Lead to support our sales team with scoping out projects for customers and determining technical specifications as well as helping them to identify opportunities within accounts. This role will also have project management requirements as it will support the sales team with seeing a technical customer project as well as helping the Technical Services team to allocate resource and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to scope.

Were looking for someone based in the North of the UK but youll need to be able and willing to travel to customer sites as well as visit the team in Clonmel (Ireland). Youll need to have a drivers licence to be able to fulfil such travel requirements.

What were looking for:
  • Someone with systems integration experience - youll be installing software onto handheld devices and/ or printers.
  • Assisting with RFPs and work closely with the Sales team.
  • Voice implementations designs testing of devices.
  • Provide relevant training and knowledge sharing with the team.
  • Co-ordinate the Technical Services team on proactive fixes and resolutions to customer issues.
  • Visit customer sites pre-sales to help the Sales team scope out projects and costs.
  • Attend customer sites to fix software or device issues where required.
