What Youll Do

As an Applications Engineer youll be the bridge between our technology and our customers success. Youll spend time in the field making sure systems are installed integrated and running at peak performance while also supporting our teams behind the scenes with technical documentation and insights.

• Be hands-on in the field travel to customer sites to oversee installations guide contractors and ensure HVAC systems are commissioned smoothly and on schedule.

• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges quickly identify issues with alarms components or software and provide practical solutions that keep projects moving forward.

• Serve as a technical advisor offer contractors expert guidance on electrical connections ductwork piping and system integrations.

• Support product innovation participate in field trials for new products provide feedback from real-world usage and assist with upgrades and testing.

• Keep projects on track review closeout packages validate installation quality and sign off projects for warranty coverage.

• Create resources that matter write and update installation manuals service notes drawings and other documentation that helps both internal teams and customers succeed.

• Train and educate lead product training sessions for contractors end-users and partners to ensure confidence and understanding.

• Act as the customers voice gather insights from the field to share with engineering helping shape the future of our HVAC products.

What You Bring to the Table

Were looking for someone whos as passionate about the success of our client and their customers. Heres what youll need:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 2 years experience with HVAC systems preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical codes a plus
• Exceptional communication skillsable to translate technical details into clear solutions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
• Confidence and leadership ability to conduct training sessions and lead field activities
• Ability to Travel
