Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer | Growth and Transformation

Red Ventures is looking for a Mid-Level Platform Engineer to join our growing Client Services this role youll design build and support solutions that connect customer data across systems unlock actionable insights and enable personalized experiences at scale. Youll work closely with marketing engineering and data teams leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud AWS and modern DevOps practices to solve challenging problems and deliver measurable business impact.

What Youll Do

• Implement and enable data capture through the Salesforce Interactions SDK for web and mobile

• Build data pipelines by configuring streams from S3 Marketing Cloud APIs and internal systems

• Model and unify customer data to power real-time profiles identity resolution and segmentation

• Develop insights and analytics using SQL and programmatic data access methods

• Activate audiences into Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalization for targeted campaigns

• Automate deployments using Salesforce CLI Data Kits and CI/CD pipelines

• Manage cloud infrastructure with AWS and Terraform to ensure scalability and reliability

• Troubleshoot and optimize systems to ensure high performance and smooth operations

What Were Looking For

• 3 years in platform data or martech engineering

• Strong Salesforce Data Cloud experience (data streams modeling segmentation activation)

• Proficiency with SQL and comfort working with APIs for data access

• Experience with Salesforce Interactions SDK (JavaScript/TypeScript iOS/Android)

• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Engagement (Journey Builder) and Personalization tools

• AWS fundamentals and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Snowflake

• Exposure to personalization or ML feature stores and observability stacks

• Knowledge of integration tools such as Mulesoft
