IT Support Specialist (On-Site/Flex)

Our growing firm is seeking passionate problem-solvers who are driven to make a real impact. Were hiring an IT Support Specialist! The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support related to VAAs environment by responding to end-user questions monitoring day-to-day operations isolating problems and identifying and implementing solutions.

Your role:

• Provide technical assistance to staff related to software programs and hardware such as laptops desktops printers scanners and mobile devices.

• Track and respond to all instances of support through the IS ticketing queue updating the status of each ticket.

• Provide new user installation and upgrades of hardware and software applications.

• Update computer software and hardware as requested.

• Train end-users as needed on hardware functionality and software programs.

Your resume must include:

• 3 years in IT with a minimum of 2 years supporting 365 in a Windows 10 environment required.

Starting Salary Range: $25.00 - $31.00. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including but not limited to market data geographic location experience and specialized skills.
