IT Support Specialist (On-Site/Flex)
Our growing firm is seeking passionate problem-solvers who are driven to make a real impact. Were hiring an IT Support Specialist! The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support related to VAAs environment by responding to end-user questions monitoring day-to-day operations isolating problems and identifying and implementing solutions.
Your role:
Provide technical assistance to staff related to software programs and hardware such as laptops desktops printers scanners and mobile devices.
Track and respond to all instances of support through the IS ticketing queue updating the status of each ticket.
Provide new user installation and upgrades of hardware and software applications.
Update computer software and hardware as requested.
Train end-users as needed on hardware functionality and software programs.
Your resume must include:
- 3 years in IT with a minimum of 2 years supporting 365 in a Windows 10 environment required.
Starting Salary Range: $25.00 - $31.00. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including but not limited to market data geographic location experience and specialized skills.
