Job Summary:
Join our young dynamic and passionate team based in Barcelona working in a co-working office environment. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively develop a business plan to enhance brand recognition within your assigned region. Your daily tasks will involve educating guiding and supporting prospects and new clients providing top-notch consulting in the Private Jet industry.
Your tasks will include:
Selling our services to customers and representing the brand including conducting through needs assessments delivering presentations and maintaining customer relationships.
Engaging with potential leads through various channels such as email phone text and social media.
Establishing and managing a portfolio of clients by identifying new prospects through cold calling networking and managing online inquiries.
Negotiating with leads utilizing persuasive techniques to address objections and secure mutually beneficial deals.
Cultivating long-term relationships with both clients and suppliers.
Managing executive charter bookings from initial inquiry to completion.
Location:You will be based in our co-working office in Barcelona.
Essential Requirements:
Full working proficiency in English.
Additional Proficiency in French is high preferred
Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound cold calling with a proven track record.
Experience in private jet charter sales preferred
Ability to consistently surpass sales financial targets.
Expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure with high motivation and a positive attitude.
Detail-oriented and target-driven.
Hardworking and flexible as this role requires dedication beyond regular working hours.
