What You Will Do:

  • Grit-blasting procedures. Including start-up breakdown and daily maintenance of machinery.
  • Chemical strip procedures. Procedures such as prepping solution making solution additions and adhering to work instructions such as a specific gravity requirement.
  • Masking of repair blades using slurry methods.
  • Blending of PT6 blades mitigating non-conforming hardware.
  • Perform assigned daily TPM on machinery to mitigate downtime.
  • Perform daily 5S cleanup.
  • Must comply with all EHS policies and work in a manner satisfactory to all applied policies.
  • Employee must ensure they are meeting their daily output expectation priorities.
  • Must develop the ability to communicate with all supporting functions.
  • As employee skills are developed employee will be required to support additional tasks which will be assigned upon business needs.

Qualifications We Require:

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Must adhere to all EHS requirements and policies.
  • Must adhere to all Quality related requirements as well as policies.
  • Ability to read work instructions and adhere to instructions.
  • Willingness develop computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and ERP functionality.
  • Employee may need to work in an autonomous environment driven by self-management.
