As the F100 Item Repair Manager you will lead and oversee repair operations for F100 engine repairs ensuring optimal performance cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality and turnaround-time standards. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams suppliers and customers to achieve operational goals and drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the F100 item repair process and contract on time delivery. Enter contract invoice and shipping data accurately into the WAWF and CAVS systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory standards
  • Verify and reconcile data to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Drive operational efficiency and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering delivery assurance and procurement to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
  • Lead and mentor a team of item repair manage and support staff fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and innovation.
  • Communicate with customers to address concerns share updates and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including work instructions reports and metrics related to repair operations.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in aerospace defense or a related industry with a focus on repair maintenance or supply chain operations.
  • At least 4 years of leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Masters degree in a related field or an MBA.
  • Experience with F100 engines or other military engine platforms.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the aerospace industry.
  • Proficiency in relevant tools and software including ERP systems and data analytics platforms.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.

For onsite roles commuting to and from the assigned site is the employees personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
