Job Description
You will assist individuals both at home and in the community helping them build meaningful relationships and engage in activities they enjoylike hobbies volunteering religious services and social outings.
- Support clients in their homes and community activities
- Help clients build positive relationships and participate in hobbies social groups volunteer work and religious events
- Provide transportation and personal support as needed
- Document services accurately and promptly using the Therap system
- Assist with medical needs safety and behavior support
- Work independently and as part of a team in a flexible schedule
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license clean driving record and insurance
- Ability to pass background checks CPR and First Aid
- Compassionate organized and good communicator
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours based on client needs
- Full-time flexible hours depending on client needs
- Travel throughout the Kansas City metro area required
