As a Division Lead theSenior Administrative Manageris on the Sheriffs Office Executive Staff and is a pivotal role within the department. This position is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the Sheriffs Office which includes but is not limited to managing budgets personnel contracts procurement facilities and IT planning. This role oversees the Business Administration team staff (18 total- 4 direct reports); responsible for HR Liaison functions payroll accounts receivable accounts payable contracts inmate banking budget planning and execution. The Sheriffs Office budget total is $180M managed across 9 funds and 37 programs. The Senior Administrative Manager assists in fostering an environment that promotes professionalism fairness in access and opportunity and respectful engagement.
